Headache: Constant pressure on head would most commonly be caused by some type of sinus pressure. This would typically cause pain in the front part of head and especially the forehead. Headache can be associated with blood pressure problems. Most common type of headache is tension which will act as "band on head". Migraine headaches common, but often associated with nausea and light disturbance.
