Requires exam: If you are not allergic to NSAIDS I would recommend 400-60mg of Advil every 4-6 hrs ( ibuprofen) or Aleve ( naproxyn sodium) 1 tab every 8 hrs. Do not exceed these dosing guidelines. If allergic, Use Extra Strength Tylenol as instructed.
