Mustard taste: there are several things that can cause bad tastes in your mouth ranging from gum disease, acid reflux, GERD, diabetes, and others. The only way to find the cause is the see a dentist and a primary cause doctor for an evaluation.

Bad taste: Wow long has it been since your last dental and medical examinations. Infections (teeth/gums-bone/tonsils& adenoids/sinuses) can cause bad taste. Can also be caused by neurological disorder/GERD/systemic issues/diet/supplements-vitamins. Please see both General Dentist and General Physician to start the differential diagnosis process with examination/lab tests/imaging.
