Risky sex!: You can only get HIV by coming into contact with specific bodily fluids (e.g. blood, semen, breastmilk) of someone who is living with the virus. However, what you describe is not safe sex. There are all kinds of infections which can be transmitted via the scratches. And it' risky to leave your penis vulnerable to infectious agents from the rectal area. You should always try to avoid risky sex!

Little or no risk: HIV is not transmitted by such contacts. Without unprotected intercourse, no need to worry.
