You could have: a pinched or irritated NERVE in your low back at the L4-L5 level (lumbar Spine) which is causing your low back pain plus "RADICULOPATHY" causing the alteration in sensation on the side of your knee! See an ORTHOPEDIST foe evaluation/treatment! Hope this helps! Dr Z
