I am awaiting a doppler sonar due to sore and swollen upper leg. meanwhile my dr prescribed antibiotics clindahexal 150mg. don't know why but can this be of any help? and can i use cataflam with it for the pain?

I donot think so : You need to get the Doppler done ASAP to R/o dvt ,because the main issue is to fix the problem not to mask the effect of problem ,Most of the time additional medications are of no help ,To me you should go to ER to get the Doppler done instead of waiting
