The proximal mcl appears thickened, demostrating heterogenous fibrillar patttern with associated neovascularity?

Chronic irritation?: First, this doesn’t appear to be a question but perhaps a finding on an MRI. Sounds like you may have injured your MCL at some point in time and it is now slowly healing, or chronically inflamed. Do you have pain over the medial aspect of your knee above the joint? Good news is, it isn’t torn.
