a support system is very important. Get out. Don’t stagnate at home. Work to get at least 8 hours of sleep per night & eat as healthfully as possible. Daily aerobic physical activity is a big +. Try acupuncture, tai chi, qi gong, yoga or meditation.

While this could all be due to depression, please have a thorough evaluation by a holistic MD to rule out possible physical issues affecting this, such as hypothryridism, as standard tests like TSH are not adequate to rule it out- see http://bit.ly/1boGdxh & http://bit.ly/1cJnyBx Adrenal fatigue, nutrient deficiencies and food allergies are other common factors most docs overlook.
