Sleepy/dizziness: A person *may* take both these medicines together. The thing to be aware of is that both may cause sleepiness and/or dizziness, and taking them together may increase that effect. The first time a person takes them both together, it should be closer to bedtime, and the person should not have to operate heavy machinery (e.g., driving) any time before going to bed.
