Chronic anxiety: It's imperative that you get proper psychiatric care in the form of cognitive behavioral therapy and possible temporary medication. You are unable to rest or relax because of your chronic anxiety and this will lead to physical symptoms as well. This therapy will teach you to cope and enable you to change the behavior which brings on your anxiety. I hope you will take this advice.
