Sometimes when i sleep i feel like my brain is being electrocuted or almost like a seizure. in that moment i cant move and right after its done i wake up. this makes me terrified to sleep because i never know when it will happen again.

See a neurologist: This sounds like it could be a seizure. It could also be sleep paralysis; if you wake during certain phases of sleep you can't move, but that doesn't have an electrical feeling.While frightening it's usually not serious.I advise you have a sleep study to assess your brain activity during sleep.If seizures there are medicines that can prevent them.See a neurologist or specialist in sleep medicine.
