Can a tilted uterus cause my periods to stop?

No: A tilted (anteverted or retroverted) uterus will not cause your periods to stop. In VERY SEVERE cases it can obstruct the flow of menses from the uterus resulting in a very painful, swollen uterus (hematocolpos). Hope this was helpful. Dr R
