NSAID: There is nothing you can do about the tilted uterus and it doesn't usually cause any problems. Painful periods are not caused by tilted uterus. The simplest thing you can try is take Ibuprofen or other NSAID (nonsteriodal inflammatory drugs) medications. It is usually effective.
