Yes: It is extremely common for 4-5 week old babies to get a rash on their faces. It looks very bad, but usually doesn't bother the child at all and generally will disappear within a week or so. If your baby has other symptoms (pain, itching, fever, decreased appetite or increased sleepiness) it would be good to see your pediatrician to make sure the rash is not a sign of an infection or allergy.
