Bronchitis: Persistent bronchitis is likely as no pneumonia was seen on both chest xrays. Sinusitis is a possibility if there is associated postnasal discharge. If sputum is discolored and copious, a culture and sensitivity is indicated to determine what antibiotic is appropriate. You could consult a pulmonologist if symptoms don't clear.
