My son, has burning sensations to his private ares and biceps area. it hurts to put clothes on or hurts to the touch. i have taken him to numerous doctors with no luck. need help. ?

Burning: Some problems can be hard to pin down. Burning sensation is caused by stimulation of nociceptors in the skin. Causes for this can be various things: psoriasis, topical creams, tattoos. This does seem to be a hyperalgia given hurts to barely touch. I am not sure who you saw, but a visit with a neurologist or dermatologist would be good route.
