Questions raised : A lot more information is needed. Are these the only symptoms? Constant? New? Length of time present? What makes it worse? What makes it better? What other tests? Labs? Emg ncv? Brain/spine mri? Skin biopsy? Muscle biopsy?

Neuropathy.: Could be a form of neuropathy, although I'd expect your forearms to be burning if your biceps are burning.
