On cipro for a prostate infection. i've seen conflicting information: is it better to ejaculate while undergoing treatment or should that be avoided?

Prostatitis: If it's a red hot acute prostatitis I would advise against ejaculation. If it's a low grade, indolent process, I don't think ejaculation would be harmful or significantly helpful. Your treating physician or a urologist could advise you best,however.
