I have lupus sle, for months now i have a pain below my ribcage on the left side. i had an gastroscope and endoscopy done. all results were fine. the pain some times is really bad and uncomfortable. what can i do to ease the pain.

The kind of pain related to this is called pleuritic, this mean is a sharp pain that get worse with coughing or taking a deep breath.
