See a doctor: Most oral symptoms that people think are yeast in fact have other causes. For example, white coated tongue usually is not yeast; and neither this nor true yeast infection is necessarily evidence of immune defieicncy. Infection with staph, including MRSA, also is not a sign of immune deficiency, and neither is intestingal discomfort or increased gas. See a doctor if you remain concerned.
