What happens if someone with a structurally abnormal heart has pvcs? ive always been told pvcs are benign in a structurally normal heart.

Different approach: In a structurally normal heart, PVC are usually bening. In a structurally ABNORMAL heart, that abnormality might be the source of the PVC, which means that it might be treated. An electrophysiologist has to review that case.
