Headache,cramps: A severe headache is capable of provoking nausea and vomiting but lower abdominal cramping may also occur. A viral intestinal tract infection is a possibility, while severe headache would be unusual for a reaction to food. Attack of irritable bowel is a possibility. If Tylenol doesn't relieve your headache or for persistent abdominal distress, go to the hospital emergency room for evaluation.
