Pregnancy ?'s: Stomach upsets, bloating and constipation are common even w/o confirmed pregnancy. Call your OB physician for an exam, and treatment for your intestinal problems: you should see an OB early in pregnancy, as there is testing which is necessary in every pregnancy for best results.
