Azole drug: If you've had vaginal yeast infections before and your symptoms are similar, probably your self diagnosis is correct. If uncertain, see a doctor. Excellent over-the-counter treatments are several "azole" drugs (miconazole, clotrimazole, many others). All are equally effective; you can safely choose the least costly. For sure see a doctor if it doesn't clear up your symptoms after a week.
