Need exam: If you are having any pain it is best to be examined as soon as possible. Yeast infections commonly have "white clumpy discharge" similar to cottage cheese. Occasionally patients experience pain along with intense itching. At this point I recommend you be examined as soon as possible. There may be another issue happening. Good luck & feel better
