Ive been prescribed 36mg neucon (methylphenidate) for adhd. i do not plan on taking it forever. what can i do now to reduce the future withdrawal symptoms? perhaps take it only on weekdays?

Not recommended: Concerta/ Neucon is a longer acting medication. It isn't really designed for as needed use like the shorter acting stimulants.
