Pregnant spotting ?: "Spotting" and/or dark brown discharge (oxidized blood) is uncommon at 29 weeks of pregnancy, but sometimes is due to part of the placenta covering the cervical canal, and any activity or even fetal movement may trigger some bleeding. See your OB and obtain an ultrasound to be certain of the cause.
