Missing data: To get the most from this site you need to provide detail about any issue along with your question. When was this surgery done? Is he in or out of the hospital? Is he currently under a docs care ? What other symptoms are present. Fluid retention after such a problem/surgery can be part of the many issues under care. If he is at home I would take him back to the doc immediately.
