My abscess is hard i was prescribed clind but it doesnt seem to make the abscess go away. im not in as much pain before but near my jaw is swollen ?

See a dentist: I assume you're talking about an abscess in or around your mouth. If you have not seen a dentist, see one now. Sounds like the clindamycin is not working. You need to deal with the cause of this infection, probably a tooth.
