Pain: Neck problems can often refer pain to shoulder. I am not certain how long you have been on your medication and I am not certain what meds. If it has been only a few days then I would say see if meds will help. However, if you have been taking therapy for week without benefit then need recheck. Physical therapy would be likely next step.
