Bug Crawling: If you have seen and ENT sounds like you do not have a physical object causing your symptoms. The ear canal is basically skin, nerves and bone. You have a thyroid issue and that could be a factor. Perhaps a degree of dry skin to the area. See if skin softener applied to the are may help or topical aloe.
