Chest pain: Go to Hospital now. While you might have something simple, like a viral gastroenteritis, chest pain and diaphoresis (sweating) in a 50 year old requires evaluation to rule out a heart attack immediately. Women who have a heart attack may have less common symptoms than men, so please seek medical care now.
