A member asked:

Does sleep play a big role in height for teens?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Maybe/not : Adequate sleep will permit growth to achieve its genetic potential while poor sleep may not. I do not know of any studies specifically linking sleep to height or how you could get anyone to pay for them. Research is either interest based or profit driven. Height is only one outcome parameter that general population studies provide us data. Poor health & nutrition practices impair outcomes.
