Have pcos. short menstral cycle of 21 days. on day 5 of period. should i be concerned?

PCOS ?'s: PCOS is almost never consistent with "regular periods" (a "period" is defined as a post ovulatory event). Bleeding is not unusual with PCOS, but this bleeding is generally secondary to the breakdown of endometrial tissue, and not an actual "period". See your gyn physician, b/c this sort of bleeding may require a biopsy, since "unopposed estrogen" stimulation of the endometrium can cause this.
