None should: Since foamy urine is usually caused by protein in the urine, a medication would have to cause glomerular kidney damage to allow enough protein to enter the urine to cause it to be truly foamy. Of course, normal urine passed with a very strong stream can cause bubbles to form in urine temporarily but it wouldn't be truly foamy.
