Concentrated urine?: Are you drinking enough fluids? Is the urine excessively concentrated? Are you taking any medications? If you drink 6-8 cups of water a day and you don't take any meds and this does not correct then seek medical evaluation.

Asparagus?: Sometimes our urine can smell bad due to an infection or even something we ate. Asparagus can alter the smell of our urine, as can a urinary tract infection. Is the urine cloudy? Any pain or increased frequency/urgency? Any associated discharge? If any or those are positive, see your doctor and get a urinalysis. Also drink plenty of fluids. By diluting the urine it shouldn't smell so bad!
