Whenever my nipples are rubbed by anything, like my shirt, i get a really sharp pain in my groin, and it seriously hurts. what could be causing this?

Response: Rubbing nipples can cause an arousal response and that can stimulate your groin or cause a reflex to your genitals. This however in itself should not cause pain. I would be checked if you persist to have pain.
