Infection: This sounds like an inflamed lymph node. Even without redness etc, it's probably some sort of infection. There are too many possibilities to even guess the exact cause. However, if you have any sort of sore, cut, or infection of the same leg, that could explain it. You'll need to see a doctor. Good luck!
