I am now told the walls of gall bladder are thickening.is this serious to have it removed.

Gallbladder: Thickening of the wall of the gallbladder may represent irritation or inflammation from gallstones. Sometimes this can also indicate a recent actue painful attack from gallstones. If you are having symptoms from gallstones then yes it is time to strongly consider laparoscopic gallbladder surgery to remove the problem.
