Bad Gallbladder: If you don't get it removed you will most certainly continue to have the symptoms that brought you to an evaluation in the first place . The worst case is the diseased gallbladder gets infected and you get seriously ill with infection and it has to come out emergently. This increases your risks of complications as compared to elective removal.
