Depends: If it made it into the stomach it will just need to work its way through her system. If sharp or irregular feeding her cut okra will form a congeal around it to soften passage. If it is a button battery, a pair of magnets or caught in her throat, she needs to go to the hospital where they can locate & remove it. It would require putting her to sleep.
