Hi ive been struggling for the last 3 weeks with a sore stiff neck. been to the doctor who suggested physio and prescribed stillpane - not working?

Neck pain : Stillpane is an interesting choice for neck problems. Normally I recommend medications like naproxen or ibuprofen. The problem with Stillpane is it does not remove inflammation, but does help to remove anxiety and pain I never use it, so I am not sure what was the thinking using that medication. In any event, you should have a spinal specialist evaluate your in person to provide a plan.
