Anxiety : Patients with anxiety or depression often have abnormal behaviors which can, in turn, affect health. However, it is not clear whether emotional symptoms have direct effects on cardiovascular disease. People with cardiovascular disease are more likely to suffer psychological and emotional effects, which is also common in many other illnesses.

It's said that anxiety can develop heart diseases. In both the anxiety and exercise, heart beats go up but why can anxiety cause disease?
