Hard to speculate: General body wide rashes/hives/etc. imply something that was eaten/drank or a reaction to an illness. If it is a food/drink the eruption would tend to clear after a few days when digestion had broken it down to unrecognized pieces. Illness rashes would likely have some pre-break out symptom.
