Allergic reaction?: I think you are describing an itchy red rash that has developed on face. Avoid any makeup products or scented lotions/washes to face. Can try fragrant free moisturizer like Vanicream or Eucerin. Consider over-the-counter topical steroid cream if worsening. See primary care doctor for further evaluation if persistent.
