Possibly: Once sperm is outside of the condom and on the vulva or in the vagina, it can be transported to the cervix and a possible conception. This is why a condom alone is only 75% effective as a single contraceptive. Condoms should be used with another form of local or hormonal contraception for maximum effectiveness.
