We had intercourse and the first condom broke only with the expected pre ejaculate, after changing it i noticed semen on the rim, is there a chance?

Yes: Per-cum has plenty enough sperm to get pregnant. If the condom broke, or you have any intercourse without one, not just the main load it is just like asking to get pregnant.
