My neck below my chin area feels a bit stiff. my throat is not sore but ive recently started using andolex mouth wash - maybe its that?

Andolex: It may be the cause of your discomfort. Discontinue use and see if it goes away. If stiffness disappears, try the mouthwash again and see if the stiffness comes back. And by the way, brushing 2x/day for 2 full minutes by the clock removes about 2/3 of bacteria, floss or Water/Pik about 1/3, and mouthwash about 1%. If stiffness does not ease off, see your GP.
