I have a sore stiff neck which feels like its hard to hold my head up and slight sore throat and ear ache. what is this?

?infection: Sore throat and ear ache raises questions of early presentation of infection, even a strep throat, or perhaps a dental infection. The neck stiffness could be associated with a low grade fever (meningismus). But hard for me to clarify fully in this fashion. Please contact your regular physician and have him clarify all of this.
