Months plus: HPV genital warts are cousins of the simple skin wart, They are from a different strain but arise & appear in much the same way & have a similar staying power. Once they are there they are there they will stay for months to years, growing in place with others nearby. If you don't have them removed by laser/chemical treatments or freezing they might clear in two years.
